In this world where politically things are quite unjust and it affects our soul, this retreat is meant to connect our soul with God. It is meant to teach us resilience and stand back up on our feet. At the same time you can immerse yourself in the nature around you and find peace.

Being ME – where 'ME' signifies Muslimah Empowered – centers around faith, confidence, action, and community. Aligning with the renowned Being ME brand offers wide recognition across Canada. We host various programs throughout the year including the annual Being ME women's conference that started in 2011 -- now the largest women's conference in North America hosting 300 attendees at the Metro Toronto Convention Center. Two years in a row we hosted the "ME Gala” with 150 attendees. Whether she's graduating, reaching a new milestone or even starting a job, this event provides a place for girls to share their accomplishments and celebrate in a way that makes them proud of who they are.
