About the event

SwitchBack is one of the world’s largest and longest-running mountainboard events, held at Bugsboarding in Gloucestershire.

Mountainboarding is extreme sport’s best kept secret: a board with four off-road wheels that provides endless enjoyment and excitement on any terrain, all year round. Each year, the world’s top riders compete at SwitchBack to be crowned the UK Champion. But SwitchBack is not only a competition, it is a gathering, a party and a celebration of extreme sports and outdoor activities, for beginners, veterans and spectators alike.

As mountainboarding grows as a sport, so does SwitchBack, and this year, we want you to be part of our amazing community.

We have a strong presence on TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, and rider videos have received over 4.5m views on Instagram alone, showing the reach that a unique sport can have!

LIVESTREAM

Our professional livestream team have worked on Redbull Hardline, Commonwealth Games & Formula E. They enable SwitchBack to be experienced in real time by an international audience.

We provide opportunities to advertise on, and/or host our livestream.

Our riders and spectators are a passionate group that are loyal to authentic, outdoor focused brands. The mountainboard community are especially active on social media, and are always keen to recommend new products to their wider circles.
