About the event

I am postingon behalf of the May 2025 EDD Mummies community. Our group consists of 500 numbers of mothers and daily 100++ active mothers who have been supporting one another since our pregnancy journeys began in the year 2024.

As our little ones approach their first major milestone in May 2026, we are planning a collective 1st Birthday Celebration. This Birthday Celebration have more than 20 families participating, and we are engaging with groups to get more participants to have this experience and a memorable special event.

Given your brand reputation as a leading resource for parents in Singapore, we believe a collaboration would be a natural fit and highly beneficial for both parties.

We are currently in the planning stages and would like to explore the possibility of partnering with you for the following:

• Event Venue/Space: Recommendations or partnerships for a family-friendly venue that can accommodate our group of parents and toddlers.
• Event Ideas & Organization: Guidance on structuring a large-scale first birthday event.
• Sponsorship Opportunities: We are looking for brand partners interested in providing door gifts, lucky draw prizes, or catering & Birthday Cakes support. In return, we are happy to provide brand visibility through our private chat groups and social media shout-outs (taking photos and tagging on Instagram or Facebook is a huge selling point for sponsors) during the event.

Event Overview & Attendance

• Projected Attendance: 20 Babies + 40 Parents and Children (if any) = 60 Total Guests estimated. Planning to get more guests.
• Target Demographics: 100% of children are born in May 2025. All parents are based in Singapore and are active consumers of baby/lifestyle products.
• Tentative Date/Time: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, | 15:00 PM – 18:00 PM
