Joy House Productions proudly presents the 12th Annual Joy House Film Festival, a celebration of bold storytelling, independent cinema, and diverse Australian voices.

Now in its twelfth year, the festival has become a respected platform championing culturally diverse and female-led narratives, connecting filmmakers with audiences, distributors, and industry partners.

This year marks the official premiere of the romantic comedy feature Her Last Laugh, written and directed by award-winning Asian-Australian filmmaker Joy Hopwood. Continuing Joy House Productions’ strong track record of commercially appealing, distributed feature films, the project reflects both creative excellence and proven financial stewardship.

Founded in 2013, the Joy House Film Festival is Australia’s only short film festival dedicated to the theme of joy, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Created to spotlight emerging filmmakers, the festival celebrates creativity, originality and positive storytelling. The 12th annual festival will be held on 13 September 2026, followed by the premiere of the romantic comedy Her Last Laugh.

Each year we present awards for Best Film, Cultural Impact and the Changemaker Award for Women. We invite sponsors and investors to partner with us for this inspiring and high profile event.

Bronze Sponsorship $1,000

Bronze sponsors receive logo placement in a shared sponsor screen at the beginning and end of the festival, plus four complimentary tickets to attend the festival and premiere. This level offers brand visibility while supporting diverse storytelling.

Silver Sponsorship $2,000

Silver sponsors receive dedicated single screen logo placement at the beginning and end of the festival, four complimentary tickets and invitations to the after party from 9.30pm to 11.00pm to meet cast and crew. This package provides strong brand exposure and networking opportunities.

Gold Sponsorship $5,000

Gold sponsors receive single screen logo placement, four complimentary tickets and after party access. Sponsors also receive naming rights to either the Social Impact Award or the Changemaker Award for Women, aligning your brand with leadership and empowerment.

Platinum Sponsorship Investment $10,000 to $20,000

Platinum partners receive premium logo placement, four complimentary tickets, after party access and naming rights to the overall Best Joy House Film Festival Award. This level also offers a 10 percent return on investment within 18 months, creating both cultural impact and financial opportunity.
